Where timeless architecture, Southern soul, and editorial elegance came together for Alice and Ryan
Getting Ready in the Heart of Nashville
Alice began her wedding day tucked inside the modern warmth of the 1 Hotel Downtown Nashville. Natural wood tones, floor-to-ceiling windows, and curated minimalism set the tone for a peaceful morning filled with deep breaths and quiet joy. Her gown—a sculptural silhouette with architectural lines by ENAURA New York, sourced from ILA Bridal Boutique—hung effortlessly beside her.
Just a few miles away, Ryan and his groomsmen got ready at the house he and Alice share—a calm, familiar space filled with sentimental touches.
The two met back at the 1 Hotel for their first look—sunlight streaming in through the windows, downtown Nashville humming just outside. That first quiet moment between them was everything, it was so clearly evident how at peace they were once they saw each other.
Bridal Portraits in Downtown Nashville
With their first look complete, we headed out to capture editorial-style portraits of the full wedding party across downtown. The city played the perfect backdrop—urban texture, soft light, and movement in every direction. Alice and Ryan looked effortlessly chic and their crew brought so much energy, these photos were some of my favorite because of how full-of-life they felt.
Rooftop Ceremony at the Country Music Hall of Fame
Guests gathered atop the Country Music Hall of Fame for Alice and Ryan’s rooftop ceremony. With sweeping views of Nashville as their backdrop, they stood surrounded by family, florals, and the gentle hum of the city below.
Dinner and Dancing with Skyline Views
The rooftop transitioned into dinner with the most breathtaking panoramic view of the Nashville skyline. The sunset outside and soft candlelight created a warm, romantic energy. As night fell, the skyline sparkled, and the entire vibe shifted—what began as an elegant dinner melted into a high-energy celebration. The lights of the city twinkled in every direction as the dance floor filled, and Alice’s second look by Danielle Frankel (complete with embellished Gucci flats, of course) absolutely brought the party vibe to life.
Of course, if you’re looking for a wedding photographer for your Nashville celebration, reach out here! I would love to hear from you!
