I always send sneak peeks within one week of your wedding or session, but you can typically expect them within 48 hours!
Wedding galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks, and all other galleries are delivered within 4 weeks. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while dedicating proper time and attention to each photo.

You can generally expect to receive 80-150 images per hour of coverage! I don't have a minimum or maximum number of images I deliver because I personally believe in giving you all the good ones, which means I'll remove any photos you wouldn't want or need (people blinking, blurry, etc) and edit + deliver the rest. If you feel I left out a certain photo, just ask!

I do not deliver RAW image files. My editing process is a huge part of my workflow, and I believe it's half of the magic of creating your gallery!

My travel fees are already included in all of my pricing so you don't have to worry about any unexpected costs (yay!).
I'll reserve my own hotel, rental car, flights, etc. so you don't have to worry about a thing. I've always been comfortable traveling and know how to do so safely, cheaply, and efficiently.
how does covering travel expenses work?

I'm confident in my ability to shoot all of my weddings solo, but I usually recommend second photographers for weddings with 150+ guests, or when couples are getting ready separately and the timeline doesn't allow me to be with them both at once. They can provide another perspective to your day and an alternate angle of every situation! We can chat more about this during a consultation call.
do i need a second photographer?

For sessions, I always encourage embracing the weather and getting creative with it! As an experienced professional, I am confident to shoot in any type of lighting scenario. If the weather is ever unsafe or will damage my gear, we will reschedule! For weddings, sometimes the most fun, memorable days are rainy! Try not to worry over the weather, I promise it will still be beautiful rain or shine.
what if it's raining?

The retainer required at contract signing is what secures your date in my calendar and allows me to turn away other potential clients for your date. Because of this, it is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your wedding to a new date within 12 months of the original date, a new retainer will not be needed, but a $250 rescheduling fee will apply. If your new date is more than 12 months from the original date, a new retainer will need to be applied to secure the new date.

I love to play music while we shoot if we can, and I also tend to direct as if I were shooting a video of you rather than arrange you in rigid, stiff poses. I want your session to feel effortless, like we're just hanging out! I'll direct you the entire time.
i'm awkward in front of the camera, can you help?

I've never not shown up to a wedding. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event that I take incredibly seriously. If for some reason I was so ill, or circumstances were so dire that I could not possibly photograph your wedding (act of God, illness, death), I will do everything in my power to find someone who can shoot for me with a similar style so you won't be left without a photographer. In this instance, I would still edit and deliver the gallery! This is detailed further in my contract.
what if you can't make it to our wedding?

I'll help you out with temporary things like bruises, acne, hairs out of place, etc. but I do not edit in a way that will physically distort your natural self. I want to promote body positivity and inner confidence through my work. If there is something you would like me to keep in mind when posing you while we shoot, please let me know!
